Our professional drivers use ‘hands-free’ microphones for commentary (foam covers replaced constantly); our drivers will have access to and use of gloves and face masks.  Gloves may be used by your driver to handle passenger luggage stowed in luggage spaces.

Contact-Tracing

Whether it be multi-day tours or simply a day-tour, our GPS-locations data together with itineraries comprising information such as locations, businesses and attractions visited, rest breaks – cafes, public restroom facilities will be held by the company and available for immediate release to authorities at all times. 

Social Distancing as and when required

Whether you’re individually part of a larger travel group, travelling with a companion or part of a family in a mid-sized group – you have our assurance the current social distancing seating plan required to the Ministry of Health will be adhered to at all times.

As is the case on all our multi-day tours, there is a seat rotation policy to ensure every person experiences the view from either side of the coach, and “has a turn in the front seat!”

Air Ozonation - WHAT IS OZONE??

When most people think of ozone, they picture the layer high in the earth's outer atmosphere that protects us from the sun's ultraviolet rays, but this bluish gas, which sometimes can be detected as a fresh smell after a thunderstorm, is actually a valuable tool with a variety of down to earth uses. Ozone gas (03) is a naturally occurring tri-atomic form of oxygen (02) that is formed as sunlight passes through the atmosphere or when streaks through the air. It can be generated artificially by passing high voltage electricity through oxygenated air (corona discharge), causing oxygen to break apart and recombine in the tri-atomic form. Because oxygen naturally seeks its normal state, ozone is an unstable, highly reactive form of the gas. Ozone is effective as a disinfectant at relatively low concentrations and does not leave toxic by-products similar to those related to chlorination.

Our Air Ozonator

The unit we use has a powerful 20 gram output that is suitable for disinfecting, and removing odours in large areas up to 600 sqm. It utilises corona discharge ceramic plate technology for durable and effective use. The central air-conditioning circulating air evenly disperses the ozone out to the entire area to achieve disinfection and sterilisation.  This ozone air purifier kills bacteria, viruses and will oxidize chemicals and VOC's.
